Arrival and departure:

 * Highseason week (fri-fri) arrival friday from 15:00pm/departure friday before 10:00am

 * Lowseason week (arrival possible on every day, except sunday) arrival from

 * Midweek (mon-fri) arrival monday from 15:00pm/departure friday before 10:00am

 * Weekend (fri-mon) arrival friday from 15:00pm/departure monday before 10:00am

 Booking and payment:

* Booking comformation takes place after receiving the total rent and contract,
   within 5 days after reservation

Cancellation costs:

* 30%  from rent by cancelling 8 weeks before rent date

* 40%  from rent by cancelling 6 weeks before rent date

* 100% from rent by cancelling 4 weeks before rent date
